All notes should be left in the “Shipping Notes” box at checkout! If you miss this and still need to add any notes/amend notes on your order, please contact form with your order number and specific note and a member of the team will take care of that for you.

Yes we do! We utilize USPS & UPS!! Please pay attention at checkout for your selection.
International customers please be aware, you may receive import, tax or customs fees.
JL Beck will not pay these fees, you as a customers are in responsible for paying in order for the release of your order.
Please do not worry, if your order says on hold. It just means we are waiting on more items to arrive in order to fulfil your order.
We understand damages can happen, please note we are not responsible for small damages that can happen during the shipping.
We will do our best to ensure your order leaves here in tact. However, sometime small damage can occur during shipping and replacements will not be sent for those.
However, if your item arrives with significantly horrible damage, please email support within 5 days of receipt of your order. We try our best to find a solution.
A replacements will not be offered for general wear and tear on books.
If USPS or UPS marks your package as lost or undeliverable, please contact the service department to report a claim.
We will not be sending out replacements for lost packages until a claim has been made with USPS or USP. Once a claim is filed we will offer a replacement, if replacement is not available store credit will be given at our discretion.
If USPS or UPS marks your package as delivered but you have not received your package, please contact USPS/USP and escalate/file a claim with them.
We are not responsible for stolen packages, therefore they will not be refunded or replaced. Once your package leaves us, it is out of our control and under the responsibility of USPS/UPS.
